1. Download and complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
2. Fax LOA and a recent utility bill to PPS (fax # 724-458-5703).
3. We will contact you and recommend a competitive retail electricity provider and arrange for you to switch and begin saving money.
1. Letter of Authorization
This form allows PPS to obtain some very uninteresting information about your business. Specifically, how much electricity you use and when you use it. No other information is provided.

2. Fax your completed form and a copy of a recent utility bill to PPS
(fax # 724-458-5703).
3. A PPS representative will contact you to recommend a competitive retail electricity provider. No changes will be made to your electricity service until you sign a retail electricity service provider agreement that will be provided to you by PPS.
