We don’t know where the Duquesne Light rate will go after that, but we do know that we can lock in to a fixed rate for 12 to 24 months that is well below the current Duquesne Light rate. If energy prices start to rebound, the utility can adjust their price upward. If energy prices fall from where they are today, it is possible that the utility could adjust their rates downward.
